Details
The House Doctor Forms Black Earthenware Figure Sculpture, 25cm is a handmade seated figure art object with a quiet, reflective pose.
A figure sits with knees raised and head bowed, hair gathered in a top knot, shaped by hand in earthenware with a textured matt black finish. Every piece is slightly different, which gives it the feel of a studio ceramic. It pairs beautifully with the smaller 22cm Forms figure.
Styling Suggestions
- Place on a glass coffee table on top of a couple of design books
- Balance a shelf of vases with a figurative piece for contrast
- Display with the 22cm Forms figure for a pair that talk to each other
Why We Like It
It brings a human touch to a room without being sentimental. The pose is calm and the finish is raw, so it sits happily with both modern and vintage pieces, and it makes a thoughtful gift.
